2007-2008 ISU MOCK TRIAL TEAM


The 2007-08 Mock Trial team has been divided into two squads.

The 2007-08 The ISU Mock Trial team is coached by Mick Hall and Scott Kording (Attorney Coaches) with assistance from Barry Tolkin (Graduate Assistant Coach), Tom McClure (Educator Coach) and Tom Eimermann (Educator Coach Emeritus).

Professor Emeritus Tom Eimermann founded and served as Educator Coach of the Mock Trial team from its inception in 1987 to 2007.  After retiring from his full time faculty position in May, 2002, he continues help out with the mock trial program and teach on a part-time basis.    

Attorney Coach Michael Hall graduated from ISU in 1989 with a major in Political Science.  He was a member of the 1987-88 and 1988-89 mock trial teams. After receiving his J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law, he returned home to the Peoria area and  currently specializes in litigation and collections work 


Scott Kording is a partner of the Campbell and Kording law firm in Bloomington   He was a key member of the 2000-01 and 2001-02 ISU mock trial teams. Barry Tolchin was a key member of the 2002-03 and the 2003-04 ISU mock trial teams who is currently a graduate student in Educational Administration..
